Course Request Sheet - 7th Grade

All 7th graders will be enrolled in Intro to STEM Pathways (LSU partnership) and one additional elective courses.  

Course requests come on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis with 8th graders having priority, then 7th, then 6th. Please make sure to complete this form in a timely manner.

Please note that all high school credit courses are at ninth grade levels and students will be held accountable for the work required.

Be aware that some electives require a fee that all students in the course must pay.  Placement is limited in some electives.  Some electives are subject to change due to interest.

If you do not return your course request by Friday May 19, 2023, then you will be placed in electives according to space.

***IMPORTANT**** STUDENTS, DO NOT USE YOUR MAYFAIR OR EBR EMAIL ADDRESS. It must be a working, parent/guardian email address. If you use your student EBR or Mayfair email address or a non-working parent email, your request will be deleted.
