Thank you for allowing your child to audition for Finding Nemo JR.! Please ensure you have fully read through the audition posting on the Center Stage website. Please fill out this form prior to your audition time slot as well as pay the registration/cast fee on ClassBug. Email chelsea@centerstageshelton.org with questions.

I hereby grant permission to Center Stage Theatre to utilize photos and/or videos taken of my child during rehearsals and performances, at their location, in news releases, publications, online and, in other communications and advertising related to Center Stage Theatre and the Center Stage Theatre Education Center.  *

By signing my child's name below, I acknowledge that I/they agree to the following statements. Failure to adhere to this contract may result in removal from the production. 
- I understand that casting and production-based decisions are that of the Directing team and may not be argued.
- My child will arrive on time at the posted call time for all rehearsals and performances. If we are running late, we will notify the directing team immediately.
- My child will perform the show as rehearsed and will not adjust or change blocking, intention or delivery from performance-to-performance.
- My child will always uphold the integrity of the show and Center Stage Theatre as they maintain professional standards, both on and off stage.
