1. Registering for a booth gives you access to the event for a total of 3 people.
2. Viewing the space and partial set-up is strictly the day before, on Friday July 7th, 2022: from 12noon. Overnight storage by the mall is available, but at an additional fee.
3. On event day, Saturday July 9th, you are required to be on location for set-up by 9am and done by 10am.
Branding
4. Please brand your booth space with any of the following: self-standing backdrop, sticker around the table, roll-up banner, or have your team in branded t-shirts, caps etc.
5. If you have visual examples of branding that you would like our advise on, please email the image(s) to
info@moviejabber.co.ke.
Payment Procedure
6. Make your payment to our Till Number: 977573.
7. Payment deadline is Friday July 1st, 11.59pm.
8. Cash is non-refundable once paid.
9. Please keep all your content, services and products, family friendly.
10. Security, and safety around your booth is your own responsibility.

12. Arriving late, after 10am, on event day (Saturday July 9th) will attract a separate fine of 1,500/=

Lastly, this is a convention! So we highly recommend you make your booth stand out as much as possible; backdrops, posters, branding etc see example visual below.
