• This award is for commercial transactions that were listed in the MLSCO and closed by December 31, 2022.
• Applicant must be an active member of MLSCO and COAR.
• Application can be filled out by the member who closed the transaction, or a member can nominate another member they deem worthy.
• Application and any supporting documentation must have been received by COAR no later than April 5, 2023. Contact tyler@coar.com with any questions.
