Below are the list of all the list of board positions and a brief explanation.

PRESIDENT - will preside over all of the meetings, serve as a non-voting member on committees. Will work with the Band directors in coordinating activities. Works with treasurer to prepare the budget and is an authorized signee on the bank account.

SECRETARY -- Keeps all records and minutes for all the meetings of CSBB, updates the website and Facebook page.

TREASURER -- Keeps financial records, including all receipts and disbursements showing each activity separately, as well as a complete record of all funds of CSBB. Pay out funds upon direction of CSBB. Prepare and present budget performance report at each month's meeting.

COORDINATOR OF CONCESSIONS -- Supplies volunteer workers for the concession stand during football games. Oversees the responsibilities of the concession stand during the year CSBB is managing concession stand.

COORDINATOR OF FUNDRAISING -- Coordinate all fundraising activities of CSBB. Communicate fundraising information to parents, and post information on Facebook.

COORDINATOR OF VOLUNTEERS -- Coordinate chaperones for the bus for away games. Also coordinate with class representatives to get volunteers for provide lunches for away football games.

COORDINATOR OF SPONSORSHIPS -- Works to get businesses to sponsor the band, this includes the names on the trailer, paying for specific band activities, or state t-shirts.

COORDINATOR OF MEMBERSHIPS -- Conducts membership drives. Maintains membership roster.

COORDINATOR OF MERCHANDISE -- Orders band and band booster merchandise to sell. Coordinates a merchandise table and band events and home football games. Works with directors on merchandise needed for band members.

SPECIAL EVENTS TEAM -- Coordinates the special events for the band and the boosters. Organize the theme, catering, volunteers, etc. for band events.

TRAILER MANAGER -- Coordinate the band roadies for all band events. This would include loading and unloading the trailer, make sure their is water for the band members, and helping set up on the band field.

CLASS REPRESENTATIVES -- There are class representatives for each grade. The class rep works with the volunteer coordinator on getting volunteers to make lunches for away games. Also, help communicate to parents about band activities.
