--Food vendors are invite only and are already in progress - please do not submit this form to request to be a food vendor
--Booth fee structure has changed - $50 for local (Johnstown/Milliken) and $100 for non-local
---Spaces will be randomly assigned and specific spots cannot be requested. There will also not be any exclusive booth options and there may be businesses similar to yours.
--No electricity available and no gas powered personal generators allowed
--No guns/firearms of any kind are allowed to be offered for sale, including toy guns
