Please ensure that all your Patrol members and Unit Leader register to attend the event on the Guides Victoria website before the closing date of Monday 6 September 2021.

You then need to either fill out this form online OR return the hard-copy available on the Event Page via mail or email by Friday 17 September 2021. This form only needs to be filled out ONCE per Patrol. Remember that your Patrol must consist of between 3 to 6 girls.

There are two sections to this form: Patrol Registration and Equipment Hire. You need to complete BOTH sections. If you are having any difficulties with this form, please email ladystradbrokecup@guidesvic.org.au

Late equipment requests will not be accommodated. We will do out best to accommodate all requests submitted on time. We will contact your Patrol to confirm your equipment requests after the closing date.
