Mid-City/West Adams Integration Circle
An integration circle is a place where people can come to process and share about their psychedelic experiences, ask questions if they are curious, and be in community with like-minded individuals. This integration circle will only hold up to 20 people, so please reserve your spot with this form. Payment for attendance to cover the space rental will be $25 due in cash or Venmo at the door.

As a trial run, this circle has been scheduled from 7:30–9:30 PM every 2nd and 4th Monday in March, April, and May. Please indicate which dates you plan to attend. The spots are first come, first served, and we'll put you on a waiting list for your preferred date if more than 20 people sign up before you. You can fill out the form multiple times if you decide to add dates later. Please fill out as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing, but we have asked that you include a preferred name so we know who to expect. :)
