1. I know that the responsibility for a person to participate in the PaddleNFin Events is his or hers alone. *

I know there is risk of injury and equipment damage while preparing for and participating in the event, and while upon the event premises relying on my own judgement and ability, I assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages or injury to property or person incurred as a result of my negligence. *
