Early Alert Form - Pepperdine Law Online Faculty
Dear Faculty,  

This form can be used any time during an academic term to alert the Law@Pepperdine Online Student Success team to any student(s) who may need additional support or who are struggling academically.  Some behaviors that are helpful to flag us on include:

- Inconsistent attendance
- Failure to submit multiple assignments
- Cumulative grade below a C
- Significant personal issues that may be affecting academic performance
- Problematic classroom behaviors that interfere with learning

The Student Success team will follow up with you directly after we've reached out to the student.
