Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email from your child's 2024 instrumental music teacher with information on how to pay for lessons and when their first lesson is. My child will need to hire a school instrument (We do not hire guitars, drum kits or keyboards out to students. You can however, use the school instruments during lessons). *
