Saturday Morning Basketball Sign-Up Form
I'm excited for the return of Saturday Morning Basketball this Winter! Saturday Morning Basketball is open to our Mustangs in grades K-5th.

Mustangs in kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade will meet from 10am - 10:50am, and Mustangs in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade will meet from 11am - 11:50am.

Saturday Morning Basketball will meet February 4th, February 11th, February 18th, February 25th, and March 4th.

All Saturday Morning Basketball will take place in the BMS gymnasium. Please use the side parking lot (by the playground) and enter through Door 5. Parents are welcome to stay - we will have seating set up - or you can drop and go. 

Please fill out a separate form for each student you are signing up. Be on the lookout for a follow-up email with information on how to order basketball t-shirts!
