Option #2 Registration: Learn online with the help of an academic coach

By choosing Option #2, Clipper Academy will provide unlimited academic coaching at the PHS Library throughout the summer to help your student complete units of study through the Virtual Learning Academy. Online support from PHS academic coaches is included. Flexible coaching hours are available at your student's convenience on (TBA). Stay for as long or as short a time as you would like. There is no need to schedule visits and last-minute cancellations are fine.

The cost for academic coaching to complete assigned summer work is $250. There is no cost for VLACS enrollment. Checks can be made to Portsmouth High School. Clipper Academy Refund Policy: Enrollment in a course is not secure until full payment is made unless an installment plan has been agreed upon. Please keep in mind that our staffing amount is based on enrollment numbers. Cancelling is highly problematic in our preparation for our programming. We encourage participants to think deeply about your schedule and commitment prior to enrollment. Having said that, Clipper Academy adheres to the following refund policy: 90% refund 3 + months or more prior to beginning of program. 75% refund 2+ months prior to beginning of program. 50% refund within 2 months but not within 30 days of the beginning of program. Cancellation within 30 days of the beginning of program will NOT result in any refund.
