Coaching a Spikes Team is a significant investment in time. If chosen, are you willing to invest the time necessary to host 3-5 hours of practice per week plus weekend tournaments that may include traveling? *
Are you willing to agree to a multi-year non-compete if offered the Coaching role? (Historically some coaches have used All-Star teams to start their own Select Program to make a profit. PBSA is ensuring that does not happen by asking coaches to agree to not take players from their Spikes Team to another organization.) *
In addition to your responsibilities as a Spikes Coach, are you able and willing to donate 1-2 additional nights per month to help with the Development Program for the League Players? (Please keep in mind the players in the League Development Program are eligible to make your team the following year.) *
