In the Great Estates projects we are focusing on small neighbourhoods one at a time - we are starting with Little Ilford.  Our plan is to understand what’s going on - the challenges residents face and the things that are already working well - and then make some small changes - either supporting what’s good or preventing what’s bad - in order to better support residents to be happy, healthy, safe and thrive.

Right now, we are speaking to residents, local services, businesses and community groups to find out more about what is great and what is challenging for residents in Little Ilford. We will use what we find out to come up with a list of potential ideas to try. We will choose some of these in partnership with local people and test in practice whether they make an impact.
