Overview:
This 12-day programme will give you tips, tools and techniques on how to plan and manage your time prior to and during the Christmas season. Enabling you to spend time the way you want to this year.
You'll learn how to:
- be clear about the kind of Christmas you want;
- swap presents for presence;
- create positive boundaries in order to spend time how you want to;
- consider your conflict style and how to manage family tensions;
- build your resilience with Wraw and a 1-2-1 coaching session and;
- feel ready for 2020 and the year ahead.
Who's it for:
Anyone who struggles this time of year with expectations, and needs a seasonal switch to make them smile!

9 -20 December 2019 (12 day programme)
Course delivery:
The course will be run in a private Facebook group, with live videos (available for catch-up) and worksheets. there will also be support via email, one 60 min coaching session and Welbeing and Resilience at Work questionnaire (RRP £225 alone) to develop strategies.
