Dear Parents

We need to record all absences and it is especially important that we are informed of suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19. Please use this form to let us know the reason for your child's absence and the return date, if known.

If you are unsure as to whether your child is well enough to come to The Barn, we suggest that you err on the side of caution and keep your child at home. Go online to the NHS website for guidance on when children can and cannot attend school. If you have any concerns, call you GP or NHS 111.
