Trojan Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Trojan Youth Football & Cheer organization (TYFC).  TYFC is a non-profit organization focused on teaching and developing young athletes; by bringing youth closer together through the means of a common interest in sportsmanship, fair play, and fellowship; imparting the knowledge and foundation of football skills and create and foster a love for the game, keeping the welfare of the player first, foremost, and entirely free of adult lust for glory.

 

If you are willing to commit to the TYFC purpose as noted above, and you are able to fulfill the following requirements, please fill out the entire application below:

    1. Be 21 over unless you are requesting to be a jr            trainer. 
 
    2. Have at least one year of coaching experience

    3. Have no convictions or criminal history

    4. We practice 3days a week hours being 6-8pm             and commiting to the three days of practice and         games on weekends. 

    5. Have strong leadership and communication skills to lead players/cheerleaders and parents. 

    6. Sign and uphold all San Gabriel Valley Jr All American, and TYFC rules and bylaws

    7. Pay for and pass background check

    8. Attend every TYFC General Board Meeting. (Board Members are a 1 or 2 year commitment.)

    9. Attend mandatory SGV Jr All American training on (date TBD)

    10. Complete online Heads Up training (football) or YCADA (cheer)

   

    11. Must fill out pre screening coaches questions once provided to you, in order to be considered for an interview.
