M3/M4 Clinical Support Group - Interest/Sign-up Form
The M3/M4 Clinical Support Group is a space for medical students to drop in on an as needed basis to process their clinical experiences, connect with peers, and find ways to sustainably practice medicine. Groups will be led by Miki Skinner PhD of UCS. 

The group will be paused from May through mid-August. Please still fill out the form if you are interested in attending, and you will be contacted once the group resumes. 

Please complete this form if you are interested in participating in this support group.  A group leader will confirm when they have received your submission and email you a copy of the group guidelines. Group leaders will email members before each meeting with the location/Zoom link. All information will remain private, and no information is shared with the School of Medicine.
