This event is set to deliver thrilling matches, strategic gameplay, and moments that will be remembered for years to come, across two exciting tournaments. Here's what participants can look forward to:
🏆 - Tournament Format: Dive into dual action with separate tournaments for Tekken 8 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Each tournament will host 16 competitors in a randomized bracket format, fighting through rounds until a champion is crowned in each game.
🎁 - Prizes: Fantastic prizes await the victors and runners-up of both tournaments, with specific details to be announced as the tournament date approaches.
🍕 - Snacks and Refreshments: Keep your energy up with snacks and beverages provided throughout the tournament, ensuring you're always ready for the next battle.
👫 - Community: Build connections with fellow Central Piedmont students who share your enthusiasm for gaming, Tekken, and Super Smash Bros. Discover new strategies, share tips, and perhaps find your next gaming rival or ally.
🎮 - Controllers: Participants are encouraged to bring their own controllers to ensure the best possible gaming experience. Please make sure your controller is compatible and functioning properly ahead of time. Spare controllers will also be available. Note: Bringing your own controller is at your own risk, and any issues encountered will not be considered grounds for a rematch.
