Middleton's Fall Festival Field Trips 2022
Welcome to Middleton's Field Trip Form

Our field trip Hours are 12pm-4pm on Thursdays and 10am-4pm on Fridays.

Field Trip Pricing is $10 per person and each child receives a free pumpkin (10lbs or less) as a part of their visit! 

Visits are self-guided and are not timed. You can stay as long as your group would like. 

We ask that all field trips pay in ONE PAYMENT. This accelerates the check in process and gets your kids having fun as soon as possible. You can pay via Cash, Card, or Check. 

 Upon submitting your reservation, you will be contacted by our staff within 7 business days. Thank you.

We limit each time slot to 5 groups. A group size/class size is considered to be up to 25 people. (Example: If you have 125 in your group, your time slot will be just your group)
