19th Annual Transfer Recognition Ceremony Registration 2024
Congratulations on successfully transferring to a 4-year university ! We can't wait to celebrate you! To register for the Transfer Recognition Ceremony, please fill out this form. 

The Transfer Recognition Ceremony will be taking place in the McCallum Theater in Palm Desert, CA on May 15th from 12:00 - 2:00 PM. 

You are welcome to bring family and friends with you to the ceremony! There is no limit to the amount of people you may invite, but seating for the event will be on a first come first served basis. We look forward to having you!

Students may nominate a COD employee to be honored as the Transfer Advocate of the Year. This may be a professor, counselor, coach, classified staff member- anyone that has encouraged you on your transfer journey. Please include a nomination statement ( maximum 150 words) as to why you are nominating them. Transfer Center staff are not eligible for nomination. All nominees will receive a certificate and will be mentioned in the program. The nominee with the most votes will be honored as the Transfer Advocate of the Year at the Transfer Recognition Ceremony May 15th at the McCallum Theater.

All nominations are due May 1st.
