About Full Circle
FULL CIRCLE THEATER is an EDI-based company (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) led by a racially diverse, distinguished, 5-member leadership group, whose backgrounds embody the multiplicity and complexity of our communities. We create high-quality, relevant theater that seeks to make our world a more just and equitable place, bringing divergent perspectives, life experiences, and identities together to illuminate issues and seek common ground.
We at Full Circle understand the power and importance of theater to inspire, to heal, and to work toward a common good. We create theater that works against myriad forms of oppression through an artistic practice that questions, challenges, reflects, heals, inspires, and invites everyone into the circle.
MISSION STATEMENT: To produce heartfelt, groundbreaking theater that artfully addresses issues of diversity and social justice for 21st century audiences.
CORE VALUES: Our Core Values are to produce work: that is multiracial and multicultural in its representation of life; that is deeply inclusive of artists of color, who share in our artistic vision and leadership; that demonstrates a deep awareness of feminist perspectives, climate change, and the inclusion of artists of all abilities; that incorporates intergenerational artistic collaboration; that integrates color conscious casting and diversity in the creative process; that supports the development of emerging theater artists; and that powerfully engages diverse audiences and communities.
