Due to a high volume of requests and limited funds available (scholarship funds are earned through ticket sales or restricted donations only), please note we can typically guarantee up to a 25% scholarship at this time. Additional amounts can also be considered if funding is available, but based on income verified through a tax return or similar document prior to approving. Please send an inquiry to admin@westperformingarts.com for a list of financial documents accepted for needs-based additional funds. Once your scholarship form is received, we will reserve a place in the class for you until your scholarship is settled.
Alternatively, we offer monthly payment options and can arrange a special payment plan. Samples of this include: charge on specific dates, extended beyond class period, higher and lower payments on specific months, billing to another financially responsible party ( grandparents) , etc. For a specific payment plan, please email admin@westperformingarts.com and let us know what you need.
