저는 아래의 사항을 동의합니다.
I do hereby submit my application for Waikato Korean school [the school] and agree to:

1. 한국학교 교내/외 활동에 참가및 도움을 주는 것에 동의합니다. Participate and assist actively in the school’s activities and/or programs.
2. 본인의 잘못으로 인해 학교의 기물을 훼손하는 경우, 본인이나 부모에게 배상의 책임 있음을 이해하고 동의합니다. Pay for any damages or breakages on school property and buildings caused by me.
3. 규칙을 어기거나 잘못으로 생기는 어떤 사고나 손해 발생시 와이카토 한국 학교 운영진에게 책임이 없다는 것에 동의합니다. Waive any claims against the school and/or the school staff if any accidents occurred by my inappropriate behaviors or mistakes.
4. 교사의 지시를 따르지 않는 등 수업 또는 학교 운영에 지장을 초래하는 언행을 지속하는 경우, 경고 및 퇴출 등의
조치를 받을 수 있음을 이해하고 동의합니다. Accept that consistent failure to abide by the school rules or classroom teacher's instructions may result in a warning and/or expulsion from the school.
6. 학교 수업 및 행사 중 사진이나 비디오 촬영을 허락하며 촬영된 자료는 한국학교 홍보 등에 사용함에 동의합니다.
Allow the school to take photos or video in class or at the school events, and to use them for advertising the school etc.(e.g. Facebook)
7. 학교에 My Vaccine pass 증명을 할 것을 동의합니다. Provide My Vaccine Pass to the school.
8. 1 년동안 매주 모든 수업에 성실히 출석할 것을 동의합니다. (NCEA 시험 기간포함) Attend and assist faithfully each week for the entire year including the NCEA exam period.
