We are looking for volunteer junior reporters!
What we're looking for:
- Articles about events and happenings in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Stafford County
- Articles about things that inspire you
- Book/Movie/Game Reviews
- Craft demo articles
- Recipes
- Social Media post ideas / graphics
- Ideas for games / contests
- Short stories / poetry

Want to create a series of dance videos to share? Maybe you have a great list of 'must have camping supplies'? Do you like to create your own recipes? Have great ideas on how to find college scholarships?  Tips on writing essays? Want to make a series of "summer camp" activities for kids to do virtually?

We are open to ideas - so tell us what you'd like to do!
How does it work?
  • We chat (via email or video chat) about what you would like to write about.  
  • I have a list of ideas or maybe you have your own!  
  • We discuss which publication date it will be published and set a deadline for completion. 
  • You write when it's convienent to you and email it to me. 
  • Your work is published! Add it to your volunteer hours and your resume.
