INFORMATION (art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679)
By completing the form, each user provides their personal data, which will be processed (i.e. collected, recorded, consulted, extracted, organised, structured, modified, adapted, communicated, transmitted, stored) in a correct and transparent manner towards the interested party. , with paper and electronic tools, with technical and organizational measures suitable to guarantee security, protection from unauthorized (or illicit) processing and from risks of loss, destruction and accidental damage.

Purpose of the processing: participation in the institutional activity of the IC BOSCO CHIESANUOVA Comprehensive Institute - Verona. Personal data may be further processed for archiving purposes in the public interest or for statistical purposes; these purposes are considered compatible with the initial purposes (pursuant to art. 5, par. 1, letter b), of EU Regulation 2016/679); this further processing will be carried out taking into account the need to respect the principle of data minimisation, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 89, paragraph 1, of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Legal basis of processing: article 6, par. 1 letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, with particular reference to the execution of tasks carried out in the public interest; art. 1 paragraph 65 law n. 107/2015.
Categories of personal data being processed: personal data, professional data, contact details for communications. The types of personal data belonging to the categories indicated in the articles will not be processed. 9 and 10 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
Recipients of personal data: no recipients other than the interested party, the Data Controller and its operators specifically responsible for carrying out the tasks envisaged to achieve the purposes of the processing are envisaged. This is without prejudice to the application of the legislation on the right of access pursuant to Law 241/90 and the Presidential Decree. 184/2006.
The communications are acquired using the electronic protocol administered by the Data Controller, therefore they will remain archived for the entire period in which they are expected to be stored according to the same protocol.
Rights of interested parties: the interested party has the right to ask the data controller: access to their personal data governed by art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing provided respectively by the articles. 16,
