Thanks for your interest in becoming a speaker at ProductCamp 2021 Online.

Please provide all details requested below asap, as we have a limited number of speaker slots available.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

a) ProductCamp date: 14th & 15th of September 2020 - (5pm - 9pm) CEST time zone. You’ll be presenting live - (exact time of your presentation will be advised at 2 weeks before the event).
b) As a presenter, you decide on the subject / session topic, but remember that your audience is smart and expects to receive knowledge, insights, stories and lessons not a sales pitch. Nothing overly promotional towards your company will make a good impression. Inspire and teach but please don’t sell.
c) At this point we only welcome presentations and sessions in English,
d) Your presentation should fall within a broad range of topics - digital product / ux / user research / growth > "List of preferred themes and topics" (below)
e) Your session can be a regular presentation, a quick workshop, a demo, panel or a Q&A thing,
f) Each session lasts 30min. We’re recommending max 25min for a presentation + 5min for questions/discussion,
g) By filling in this form you acknowledge and agree with the Speaker - Terms of Use (as part of our General Terms and Conditions)

HOW DO WE SELECT SPEAKERS?

NEW: Due to the overrepresentation of UX Design talks in the ProductCamp line-up and a high volume of speaker applications we’re introducing the list of preferred themes / topics. Choosing one of these or similar topics would vastly increase your chances of getting a speaker slot.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU FILL IN THIS FORM?

Due to a high volume of speaker applications, we won’t be able to confirm all speakers. The most important factor for approving your presentation is choosing a topic matching one from our “List of preferred themes and topics”

1. After you fill in your application, we'll look through it and see if the subject you've decided to cover relates to our preferred themes and topics.

2.  If it does, you'll get the speaker slot e-mail confirmation from our crew with all details on how to record video invitation which will be published on our website and social media channels.

3. We'll let you know when your video invitation is published on all our social media channels, so you can share it too.

4. 2 weeks before, we will send you another e-mail with more details:
- the exact time of your session
- some technical instructions on how to run a presentation in our streaming platform.
