*This form is for LTRC in-house staff only (Sections 19 and 33). Outside requests will not be approved.*

LTRC Publications will coordinate large-format poster printing requests for approved presentations related to LTRC research/tech transfer and training projects. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for production after submitting your files.

Complete this online form to begin the process. Publications will reach out to you to get the original PowerPoint or PDF version of your poster.

NOTE: Authors are responsible for proofing their posters prior to submitting files for printing (spelling, grammar, layout and design). LTRC will not reprint any posters due to errors or omissions missed during the proofing process.
