This is the sign up form for the Christmas singing choir at Ecole Bellevue School.
The choir is for students in grades 4, 5 & 6.
In the event that we have significant student interest, we will have a draw to select around 15 students from each grade.
We will be singing modern and traditional Christmas songs and carols.
Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays from 11:55 - 12:20 starting on Tuesday September 24.
Online registrations will be accepted until Friday September 20 at noon.
Extra rehearsals may be scheduled closer to performance dates, but these will occur during lunch hours and students will be advised in advance.
While we have not yet booked our performances, some highlights from previous years includes:
- The Enchanted Christmas Afternoon concert in Beaumont - parents transport
- Singing the National Anthem at an Oil Kings game - parents transport
- At the Edmonton International Airport Arrivals area & Executive Royal Hotel during school hours - bus transportation
- Caroling around our Community including Jef's Cafe, Chartier and the Beau Villa Manor - walking trip
- At a school assembly in December
**Students are expected to attend all rehearsals unless absent from school for illness.
**There will be a minimal charge for each choir member to help cover bus costs. (This can be paid on PowerSchool at a later date.)
We will keep you informed of performance dates, permission forms and other details as they become available.
We look forward to having a lot of fun getting into the Christmas Spirit and spreading some musical joy!
