Use this form to sign up online for your deceased loved ones to be included in our upcoming Jangwa ceremony. Guests are not invited this year, (due to the pandemic) but we invite you to email us names of deceased loved ones (and also a small photo if you wish) to spc@medicinebuddha.org. THE EMAIL DEADLINE IS: 6pm on SATURDAY 23 JAN, 2021.  The event will take place privately on the morning of SUNDAY 24 JAN, 2021, with Geshe Ngawang Dakpa leading the ritual in San Francisco & Ven. Steve & Ven.Tsomo assisting Geshe-la remotely, from LMB. Those who send names will be emailed photographs of the ceremony afterwards. After completing this form, please consider making a donation at

How will we get a photo of the deceased?
You can email us a photo of the deceased, but you don't have to. If you send a photo, it should be of the deceased person alone (not with others). You can email it to: spc@medicinebuddha.org.
