【吉田南総合図書館の資料のみ】次年度在籍予定者 継続利用申請/ Apply to renew Yoshida-South Library materials for whom will continue to be enrolled in 2023
卒業や修了などで、身分証の有効期限が年度末で切れる方は、2023年3月24日(金)が返却日になります。
その内、2023年度も在籍予定の方は、このフォームから申請いただきますと、2023年4月20(木)まで継続して利用することができます。

ご希望される場合は、以下のフォームよりご申請ください。

※手続き完了まで日数が掛かる場合があります
※対象は吉田南総合図書館の貸出資料のみです。
　附図など他館の図書は対象外ですので、年度内にご返却ください。

The Due date will be on March 24th for users who have a student card /library card will expire this March.
If you will be enrolled in Kyoto University for next fiscal year, you will be able to use  Yoshida-South Library materials by April 20th. Please apply for it in this form.
