One of the five dimensions of our Eco Church journey involves encouraging members of our church and community to move towards more sustainable lifestyles. After all, it is only through lifestyle changes that we are going to bring climate change to a halt.

This questionnaire is to provide us with the first insights into the lifestyles of our parishioners. It will act as a base line, against which we hope to see progress in future years.

Please fill it in anonymously and honestly, but equally, if you want to make yourself known to the Eco team, that would be lovely too!
