م. عبد المنعم فطافطة مؤسس والمدير التنفيذي لمنصة وتطبيق سلة للتسوّق الالكتروني، ومنصة وتطبيق نطاقي لحجز المواقع الالكترونية. خريج هندسة انظمة حاسوب من جامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين  2006، عمل في مجال ضبط جودة البرمجيات، وفي برمجة الويب والموبايل، وفي مجال تطوير الأعمال والتسويق وادارة الشركات الناشئة. له تجارب وخبرات  في العديد من المشاريع الريادية في مجالات التوظيف، والتسويق والإعلان وغيرها.
