This release is applicable to promotional use and marketing for Air Academy Federal Credit Union (AAFCU) products and services now and in the future. We will only use your child’s name and photo for promotional and marketing use; we will not use the address. Without the correct information,
AAFCU will not be able to process and complete the art scholarship award, which may result in a loss for the child.

By filling out this form, I hereby grant permission to AAFCU to publish my child’s name, or any obtained photographs or statements, in AAFCU publications, marketing materials, or other advertising publications. In addition, if my child wins a scholarship, I have provided the child’s name and my address so that I may be notified by mail.
