The aim of this project is to develop a communication plan for municipalities to better communicate electricity tariffs and changes in the energy landscape to their customers.

The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand:
1. How you currently receive, or access electricity tariff information
2. Your views on the effectiveness of municipal or other communication
3. Your views and understanding of electricity tariffs
4. Your understanding of electricity savings and renewable energy sources

The questionnaire is divided into four sections:
A: Demographics (5 questions)
B: Communication platforms and channels (6 questions)
C: Electricity tariffs, supply and usage (17 questions)
D: Renewable energy (6 questions)

It should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete the questions. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. The information will be handled as strictly confidential and will not be traced back to you.
