Here are the rules:
o The act must be related to the country/city (born, raised, connected or based). In terms of connection, one of their parents or grandparents must be born, raised or based in the country/city.
o If there are multiple people directly credited to the entry, at least one-third (33%) of them are related to the country/city.
o Previous Eurovision, BJSC or spin-off entries will not be allowed.
o City acts are subject to the full BJSC Veto Framework, which can be found on the main Buzzjack Song Contests thread.
o Country acts are under a more relaxed framework, so long as they are within the spirit of the contest.
