Stroke Support Station is offering Core Matwork Series specially designed and conducted by S3 Therapy Staff. Besides challenging the core and balance, Core Matwork also aims to improve posture and flexibility. Sessions will include sitting and lying down on a yoga mat.

Cost: $60 nett for 6 sessions (Payment via Cash or Internet Banking)
Eligibility Criteria: S3 members must be able to get down onto the floor and get up by themselves.

Registration is only complete after payment is received. These sessions are only for S3 members.
No refunds or make up session(s) will be provided for client's cancellation or absence to the session(s). Stroke Support Station (S3) reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the session(s) is unable to proceed and Stroke Support Station cancels the session(s) for any reason whatsoever, the fee which is in proportion to the services which have not been performed at the time of postponement or cancellation would be credited to the client's account for future Wellness sessions.
