This year the CKA celebrates the 4th annual Canadian Kinesiology Awards. Winners are celebrated at the 2023 Kin Can Conference, happening virtually November 4-5, 2023 and announced in the CKA’s media platforms including eblasts, website, and social media channels. Winners will also be recognized in the CKA annual report and with an award certificate.
Award submissions are evaluated by the CKA through an appointed committee. Each nomination is evaluated using a ranking system and consensus methods. The committee considers both the process by which an initiative is undertaken, and its outcomes. The submissions must comply with the values, mission, and vision statement of the CKA.
The decisions regarding eligibility and awards of the CKA Nomination Committee are final.
Judging and evaluation may be based on additional criteria when seen fit by the CKA.
The Canadian Kinesiology Awards accept either English or French-language entries. Materials available in both languages may be submitted together.
