Each homebrewer must commit not less than five gallons of homebrewed beer for sharing amongst attendees at the event. Each homebrewer may pour more than one style of beer for attendees, but can only submit one style of beer for judging. The competition will be comprised of a People’s Choice award, and a BJCP Judge’s award.
Filling out this application does not constitute a contract of any kind, nor does it constitute admission to the event, either as a participant or a guest. All submissions of this application will be taken under consideration, and a formal announcement awarding spots to participants will occur shortly after the application submission deadline closes.
Each participant will be required to maintain some form of liability insurance, either as individuals, or as a collective, in conjunction with your homebrewer’s club. If you cannot obtain a policy of insurance as an individual, or as a collective, event promoters will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you with access to resources and referrals to potential insurers (this part is easier than you think).
