Starting in 2016, today the EEA has become a much revered initiative in the  Indian event & exhibition fraternity. 

Over 600 exhibition organisers, professional & industry associations, trade bodies, corporate heads, conference organisers, event professionals, MICE venues, hotels and MICE industry stakeholders will attend the gala event. To leverage huge business opportunities, there will be a co-located India Event Expo that will run parallel for the whole day. This year, our attendees will get a full day of action and learning opportunities as the event will kick-start at 10 AM.

Prior registration is mandatory to attend the event. Please fill this form to secure your all access pass to attend EEA2024. Each attendee registration comes at a cost of Rs. 5000 (plus GST) that includes access to all co-located programs & tracks, conference sessions, live competitions, lunch, B2B networking, India event expo meets, refreshments, red carpet gala awards ceremony, cocktails and dinner. Please note that if you are registering for an additional delegate from same organisation than a discount of 20% can be obtained on each extra delegate registration (offer valid till limited time only).  

About this edition: The 8th anniversary edition of Exhibition Excellence Awards will be held on 21st of June 2024 at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre, Mumbai. At EEA2024, the program has been made even more wholesome by adding co-located programs like:

  • Event Sustainability Forum (2 Panel Sessions starting 10 AM)
  • India Associations & Corporate Forum (2 Panel Sessions)
  • India Event Expo (10 AM - 6 PM)
  • Live Competitions Arena (10 AM - 4 PM)

The day long event will run from 10 AM till 9 PM. The event will be featured in national & international media, social media and a special event video will also be uploaded on our official YouTube channel covering various aspects of the gala show.

The mega event will be a great platform to build meaningful and long lasting connections with various associations, trade bodies, corporate stakeholders, exhibition organisers, event organisers, conference planners, exhibition venues & service partners.
