Description: This webinar will provide educators and service providers specific strategies to support students who are experiencing distress at school, using a culturally inclusive lens. Strategies include culturally inclusive ways to: (1) gain an understanding of students’ identities as they relate to their difficulties and strengths; (2) build on student strengths to help them approach tough challenges in school; and (3) help students effectively cope with distress.
