This year, West Lothian Pride is set to take place at Howden Park Centre on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, promising a fresh and dynamic format compared to previous years. We're excited to offer stall holders the option of either an indoor space within our stall hall or an outdoor spot. Please be aware that outdoor spaces are not sheltered, but feel free to bring your own covering if desired (please make us aware if you are). While we'll strive to accommodate your preferred space, please understand that due to limited availability, adjustments may be necessary.

- By filling out this form I does not guaranty you a stall at West Lothian Pride.
- If you have a fee to pay it must be paid with in 30 days of the Invoice being sent.
- All stalls will come with a table and 1-2 chairs.
- West Lothian reserve the right to change stall location in any way needed to fit the event.
- Stall set up time from 10am with final car access at 10.30am.
