This program is designed to highlight employees who go “above and beyond” to exemplify the values of our company. These core values embody the heart of our identity. They are the guiding principles that support our vision, shape our culture, and define our standards.

Guidelines
  • All Brown employees in all companies are eligible to participate, with the exception of the following: CEO, CFO, President, Vice President-level management and Human Resources.
  • Commercial Vehicle Operators may nominate only, as they are already being recognized through the CVO of the month/quarter/year program.
  • Employed for 6 months or more
  • Management can nominate employees so long as they are not a direct report
  • A strong sense of self-worth is admirable, but no self-nominations accepted
  • Family member nominations cannot be accepted
The reason for the nomination should be directly associated with one of our core values and should demonstrate one or more of the following:
  • Excellent job performance over a period of time
  • Exemplary one-time achievements
  • Innovative thinking and implementation of those ideas
  • Employees who add quality to the work process or product
  • Provide superior customer service to our clients, employees, and vendors
