Please use this form to register for curbside meal pick-up.  You must submit this form by 10:00 am each weekday or we will not be able to provide you meals. You may pick up meals for siblings that attend other schools in the district. You only need to submit the form once with the Jefferson student listed. Pick up is between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm daily.

Students receiving meals must be enrolled in Massac Unit #1 public schools.
