Church Service Registration
For the health and well-being of our church family, we are asking that you register for services by filling out this form and wait for confirmation.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TEXT UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR ATTENDANCE
*We encourage online giving
*When you are seated in the sanctuary, please sit 6 ft apart and with people that live in the same household
*Please bring your own water.  The water fountain will not be in service.
*Your temperature will be taken, upon entering the building
*You are required to wear a mask
Please note: Unfortunately, due to social distancing requirements, we will not be able to assist those in need, like we normally would. (Assistance in and out of the building, etc.)
