IEA Student Ambassadors Application
Intercollegiate Engineering Alliance (IEA) is a coalition of student societies from Cambridge, Imperial, Yale, Oxford, Stanford and MIT to name but a few.  The IEA was created by engineering students, for engineering students to share social, networking and knowledge-based opportunities to build global connections. With a student audience of circa 20,000 and numerous events already under our belt, our audience continues to expand rapidly, on a global scale. Our most recent conference had 1400+ registrations with students representing 60+ universities and 70+ countries.

By being an ambassador, you can help us expand IEA's network and reach. We are looking for friendly and motivated students who are passionate about engineering. We really value your networking and communication skills! You will expand your personal network, gain contact with world-leading engineers and engineering firms, and get experince working within a global organization. You will also have the opportunity to share your passion by organizing engineering events in your region. Most importantly, it's a way for you to make a difference in the global engineering community!

Your responsibilities as an ambassador:
- Recruit student and academic members for IEA and promote IEA’s events in your university. Recruitment shall target all STEM students, and maintain a high degree of inclusivity and diversity.
- Function as a focal point in your university for your country’s branch.
- Possibility to work with the IEA team, student and academic members, and other ambassadors in your city/country/region to organize social and knowledge-based events.
