This form is for submitting short congratulatory blurbs/messages/quotes to be included in the body of an IQ Milestones post. These are intended to address users that reach big milestones and who are especially important to our community; each submission will be considered. The message should be 2-4 sentences telling the other readers of IQ Milestones what the addressed user does for the site and should be filled out by someone who has worked closely with the addressed user.
