Join our new Directory of Services
As we move out of lockdown and our services start to reopen after long periods of closure during the pandemic, the coming months will be a very important time for many groups and organisations.
You'll still need to follow the rules around social distancing and PPE and some of your services may need to operate very differently to how they used to, and to how your service users previously knew them.
Northumberland CVA would like to help you get the word out to your service users, the public, and to referring organisations as you restart your activities. We're putting together a new interactive Directory of Services and we're inviting you to list your activities in there. The directory will be searchable so users can find out what services are open in their area and how they can be accessed.
We've prepared this survey so you can tell us about your services. Those questions where your responses will form part of your Directory listing, that will therefore be in the public domain, are clearly marked.
There are also a couple of questions on the next section of the survey that ask about any support you may require to help you restart your services. Your responses to these questions will remain confidential and will not be shared outside of Northumberland CVA, unless you give your permission (e.g. in the interests of referring you to further sources of support).
