Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Everett Food Truck Festival! The Everett Food Truck Fest is family-friendly, open to all ages, and charges no admission for attendees, which always brings many food lovers out! For 2023, we will be holding the festival:

Friday, August 11, 2023, 4 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday, August 12, 2023, 12 - 7 pm.
You can apply for one day or both!

This year we're aligning even more closely with the Upper Left Beerfest and having both festivals run during the same hours. We will also have the Everett Makers Market in the mix again, making this one huge fun-filled weekend in Downtown Everett.

If you want to participate in the festival, please fill out the application form below by February 24, 2023, to apply, and we will be in touch if your application is approved.

The food vendor fee:
Just Friday, August 11, 4 pm - 8:30 pm: $250 (+ up to 2 meal vouchers)
Just Saturday, August 12, 12 - 7 pm: $300 (+ up to 2 meal vouchers)
Both days: $500 (+ up to 4 meal vouchers)

Meal Vouchers:
Food vendors will also be required to accept up to two free meal vouchers per day that you vend at the festival (up to a $15 value per voucher, no change will be given, and if the items cost more, the customer will pay any additional cost). So if you sign up for both days, you will accept up to 4 meal vouchers max. While we don't anticipate using all of the meal vouchers, they will help feed our staff, sponsors, and volunteers that help make the festival possible. This is a part of your vendor fee, and meal vouchers will not be reimbursed.
